Curaçaose Vastgoed Vereniging (CVV)
The CVV, real estate association Curaçao, was founded to organize and professionalize the real estate market of Curaçao.
The philosophy was simple. In a small market like the one we have on Curaçao, it is very important to work together and to share knowledge.
On a monthly base the members meet each other to discuss the developments on the market and to share knowlegde.
Several times a year the CVV-member attend so-called training with regard to a variety of subject a professional active on the real estate-market of Curaçao needs to know.
Soon all CVV-member will receive a training by a employee of a local bank with regard to most in's & out's with regard to mortgages.
Every organization active on the real estate-market of Curaçao can become a member of the CVV, under several conditions. If you want to join the CVV you can apply for a membership and the board of the CVV will send you information with regard to the CVV aswel an application-forms.
