You might need an reliable and objective appraisal for your current house or for a piece of (residential/commercial) real estate you are interested in.

The appraisal department of Landmark Real Estate is the largest of Curaçao and one of the most reliable and objective in the region. All major (local & foreign) banks, insurance companies, pension funds accept our appraisal-reports. Since 1992 we appraised all types of real estate on Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire and Sint Maarten. 

When you need to know the value of the corporate owned buildings of your company we also have the experience you are looking for.

Our rate structure PER JANUARY 1ST 2011:

Concise appraisal (=waardebrief): 
1‰ of the highest appraise value, with a minimum of Naf. 450,= (excl. OB (since January 1st. 2012 - 6%) & costs of inspection in the Land register).

Extensive appraisal =(uitgebreid taxatierapport):
·        Values till Naf. 200.000,=                                         Naf. 665,=
·        Values from Naf. 200.001 till Naf. 400.000,=       Naf. 870,=
·        Vaulies from Naf. 400.001 till Naf. 600.000,=      Naf. 1.280,=
·        Values Naf. 600.001 and higher                            2‰ of the highest appraised value

Rate to estimate the lease-price:
1,5% van the annnual lease-price with a minimum of Naf. 450,=

Landmark solely works based upon written orders from their clients. We are more than willing to send you by fax a/o email a (so called) order form you can fill out. After we received the filled out order form we will contact you for an appointment for the survey of the property. You can download the order form here: Download in Dutch / English
Above mentioned rates are excl. OB and costs of inspection in the Land register.

NOTE:
For appraisals west of the roundabout of Zegu (Curaçao) we charge an additional Naf. 75,=. Above mentioned rates are not applicable for appraisals on Aruba, Bonaire and Sint Maarten. For appraisals on Aruba, Bonaire and Sint Maarten we will send the principal a quotation in advance for approval.
