Concise appraisal:
1‰ of the highest appraise value, with a minimum of
Naf. 410,= (excl. NAOB & costs of inspection in the Land register).

Extensive appraisal:
3 ‰ of the highest appraised value, with a minimum
of Naf. 650,= (excl. NAOB & costs of inspection in the Land register).

For appraisal west of the roundabout of Zegu (Curaçao) we charge
an additional Naf. 50,=. Above mentioned rates are not applicable for
appraisals on Aruba, Bonaire and Sint Maarten.
For appraisals on Aruba, Bonaire and Sint Maarten we will send
the principal a quotation in advance for approval.
